Consultations, Appointments and Fees

FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION
I offer all of my potential clients a FREE 'NO OBLIGATION' INITIAL CONSULTATION.
This gives you the opportunity to meet me, ask any questions you wish and to decide if I am the right therapist to help you.
In this free consultation I take notes, get your history - medication etc. etc. and advise you on the best ways to move forward.
At the end of the consultation (which lasts approximately 1 hour) you are more than welcome to book an appointment for
a hypnotherapy session or go away and think about things and contact me later - the choice is yours. There is no hard sell
and I pride myself on the fact that I do not pressurise any client into booking an appointment, this free 'no obligation'
initial consultation is exactly that!
APPOINTMENTS
Your first appointment usually
lasts anywhere between 1 to 2 hours. This gives you the chance to ask any further questions and to feel more at ease (especially
if this is the first time you have ever been hypnotised) before your hypnotherapy session begins. I charge per 'session'
and not per hour as I try to allow every client as much time as he or she needs.I do not want either of us 'clock watching'
as we are there to deal with the task at hand and I do not want any of my clients to feel time pressured or financially
pressured - you simply do not need any further distractions!
Many clients wonder how many sessions they will need
and unfortunately I cannot set an answer in stone. Every client is different and therefore every case is different... Sometimes
it is possible to resolve personal problems in a single session - but it usually requires more.
FEES
Hypnotherapy sessions (except Smoking Cessation and Weight Loss) are £40 per session.
Payments can be made in cash or by cheque but unfortunately Head2Head Hypnotherapy cannot process payments made with a debit
or visa card.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients are asked to give a minimum of 24 hours
notice if they need to postpone, re-arrange or cancel appointments. Any cancelled appointments within 24 hours of the original
appointment will incur a fee of £40. Failure to give notice of change to a Free Initial Consultation will unfortunately
incur a penalty charge of £20.
Please respect that appointments are of great importance. Avoid cancellation
fees and keep your appointment. Thank you.
